Hours of Operation
All children should be brought to the center by an adult 16 years of age older who should sign the attendance or sheet in the classroom. Please esc ort your child all the way to the classroom, not just inside the building. The program opens at exactly 7:00 a.m, each day and closes at 5:45 p.m. sharp.
Parents asked to sign the pick-up sheet in are each classroom whenever the child is taken from the program. Only authorized persons will be allowed to pick-up children.
No child is admitted to the program after 9:30 a.m. Parents who are late to pick up their child will be asked to sign a late pick-up form. Three late pick-ups can result in disciplinary action at the discretion of the Program or Executive Director.
If special arrangements are needed on a particular day, please inform program staff to make arrangements. If your child cannot attend the program on any day, please call the center to let staff know about it. All children are expected to attend the program 80% of the time or better. Program compliance for children's attendance is based on this percentage.
